Presenting a whole new take on the Mild Ales of 19th century England. With a new American base malt and an experimental hop variety artfully blended with a traditional English yeast strain. For a rich, malt-driven beer that’s perfect for cooler months. This beer can be enjoyed “young” now, of course, but it will also age well if you lay some away in the cellar, essentially creating your own version of an Old Ale. You’ll notice changes in the ale’s character with more pronounced sherry notes.
