To celebrate our eighth anniversary, we’ve blended three contrasting Bourbon barrel-aged ales: an Imperial Stout, Smoked Doppelbock, and a Belgian Dark Strong Ale with cherries and plums. We then added vanilla beans to the final blend which creates an extra layer of complexity and a smooth symmetry.
