919 Pale Ale is brewed with North Carolina 6-row barley grown and malted in Pittsboro by FarmBoy Farms. This high quality grain comprises the base malt for this beer. We use generous amounts of Northern Brewer hops for flavor and bittering. We add another few pounds of Northern Brewer hops for dry hopping for further hop flavor.
