Our version of an Irish Stout dry has coffee bitterness and a full white creamy head. It’s brewed with pale ale malt, roasted barley, flaked barley, wheat and a blend of Crystal, Brown, Amber and Chocolate malts and finally it’s hopped with Goldings. How could our Head Brewer Fergus not brew an Irish Stout for our Handcrafted World beers range! Typical examples are Murphy’s, Beamish and of course Guinness.
