Reviewing technologies of the brewing industry, our brewers made the following discovery – adding a little bit of honey in the course of brewing allows to exclusively deliver the most delicate shades of hops, as well as guarantees excellent well-being in the morning. Honey has always been considered to be the best remedy from hang-over due to high content of fructose.
The taste and aroma of honey fully dissolves in the malty drink leaving no traces, but at the same time it specifically influences upon taste sensors. It is this that allows experiencing the taste anew, familiar so long ago, incredibly flavorful and rich.
