Anaheim Gold is a clear, deep golden color ale with a light body
that goes down easy. This beer is well-balanced with a slightly
sweet finish.
Anaheim Gold uses a unique ingredient, Gambrinus Honey Malt, known in Europe as "brumalt." Honey Malt is like no other malted barley we use. It is rich in simple sugars as a result of a germination and kilning cycle that is different than typical crystal malt production.
