It features a solid gold color with a creamy white head with solid retention leaving behind the signature Belgian lace. The aroma leans sweet with light spicy, fruity and perfumy like esters. It has a medium body with a mouth filling bubbly sensation and malty sweetness rolling over to a light hop flavor. This beer pairs well with a full range of foods like chicken, salads and fish but can pull double duty with bolder flavors from barbecue, meaty stews, steak, smoked ribs and even spicy Cajun cuisine.
