Angie’s Pumpkin Ale was made with the season’s first sugar pumpkins – we used 75 pounds of pumpkin in the boil! The beer was finished with a slight twist on the spices: a unique blend of Garam Masala spices was toasted and allowed to rest in the ale for several days.
