As a nod to this, we bring you "#KÖLSCH" Köln-style Ale. We start by stripping our water down to the bare essentials then rebuild it to match the mineral content of the water in Köln, Germany. Then we add in tons of German Pilsner malts and eine kleine menge of German Perle and Tettnang hops. Easy going, crisp and refreshing!
