"The beer that loves you back, Aphrodite is a 'hopfenweisse': basically a bigger, much hoppier wheat beer. It is brewed with a high proportion of wheat malt and uses a blend of a classic German Weizen yeast and Murray's house ale blend. Loads of hops were added late in the boil and to the whirlpool with no conventional bittering addition at all resulting in big hop flavour and aroma but restrained bitterness.
