This is somewhat of a summer “lawnmower” ale. It’s easy drinking and refreshing but to make it NoDable, we hopped it heavily in the late part of the boil and dry hopped with lots of Amarillo and Santiam hops. This gives a huge grapefruit & orange-like aroma and initial taste without overly bitter finish.
