Earl Grey Black IPA
This Black IPA has been dry hopped with a large amount of some of our favorite hops (Chinook, Cascade, Mosaic, Columbus, Summit, Herkules) followed by adding a generous amount of Earl Grey leaf to the fermentation tank to infuse. Grapefruit, zesty and forest fruit aromas with a light bitter dark malt & subtle bergamot aftertaste. The blend provides the beer with a well balanced complex aroma and taste.
