Barley Wines are fermented strong beers. The name indicates the wine comparable high alcohol content. We have let the Nutcracker mature for several months in bourbon and Rumfässern. This gives the beer aromas of toffee and vanilla and coconut, which are combined with the nutty, caramel notes to a complex taste.
