Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for two years, Fisherman’s Dubbel is a Belgian-style Abbey ale, in the grand tradition of the many fishing monks before us, aboard our floating monastery. Sautéed to perfection over the course of five hours this beer has a full body with some slight phenolic notes and hints of dark fruit.
