A big, floral, citrusy nose with hints of blood orange, brett and oak. This refreshingly sour, light bodied IPA is reminiscent of lemon grass and has a strong oak character carries through to a very dry finish.
Eik Zon is Dutch for “oak sun”, a name that is derived from the aroma and flavors of this very limited, barrel aged Belgian style IPA. Aged for 8 months in oak and dry hopped with copious amounts of Simcoe hops and orange peel.
