This West Coast Style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley's most bonafide hop varieties: cascade, centennial & chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a "hop head", hop on!!!
