Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailBoomtown Blonde Ale

This blonde ale is brewed with lightly kilned Pilsner malt and a small amount of corn to achieve its wonderfully light color and flavor. A small amount of Galena (guh-lay-nuh) hops are used for bittering, while Mt. Hood hops are used for flavor & aroma. Expect more complexity in this beer than a standard domestic lager! This beer is fermented at warmer temperatures with ale yeast, which provides more flavors and a richer aroma than a standard lager yeast strain.
