This is new style that is not yet defined. This allowed our Head Brewer to be extremely creative when developing this Ale. We crafted this Ale with US Whole Flower Hops and "Kicked It Up a Bit" by adding Hops through the Brewing process. This Ale was crafted with a complex grain build that provides flavors of Chocolate and Coffee that balance out the bitterness of the Hops.
