For our 400th brew we went a little crazy and added one pound of hops to the kettle every two minutes (well, Gary did) for 90 minutes, and then dry hopped with 11 pounds each of Centennial, Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe. Totaling 88 pounds of hops in 14 barrels! Yikes!
