A super hoppy American pale lager. We used the final runnings from the Elk Rapids batch of Peaches and Cream and hopped it heavily with Zeus hops and then lagered it. We also used small amount of bitter orange peel to provide some subtle sweet flavors and enhance the aromas of the Zeus hops
