McCullough is the second installment in our “Bearded Farmer” series of saisons. In keeping with the farmhouse brewing tradition, the idea here is to brew each successive beer a little (or a lot) differently than the ones before it. McCullough is brewed with a blend of pilsner and rye malts, spiced with white, green, and pink peppercorns, then fermented with a combination of three strains of Brettanomyces wild yeast.
