
Taylor is the fourth installment in our “Bearded Farmer” series of saisons. In keeping with the farmhouse brewing tradition, the idea here is to brew each successive beer a little (or a lot) differently than the ones before it. Taylor is brewed with a large percentage of rye and wheat malts, moderately hopped with Tettnanger and Pride of Ringwood hops, and fermented with a blend of farmhouse saison and brettanomyces yeasts.
