This time every year, everyone anticipates all the spoils of the fall harvest. How can we celebrate the holiday season without friends, family, and great craft beers?! This year we’re releasing our first version of our holiday ale as a gift to all in the spirit of the season. Inspired by culinary ingredients used to feed our souls in the few months to come, our Belgo Holiday combines the flavors of pie pumpkin, butternut and acorn squash, as well as sweet potatoes, to create the warming sensation in this special ale. A large addition of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and coriander overwhelm the aroma and place you in your grandmother’s kitchen on Thanksgiving Day. A special Belgian yeast strain along with Belgian aromatic malts round off the beer and compliment its rich and flavorful character. Have a pint next to someone special to you, because for us making and drinking beers like these means nothing unless they are shared!
