
A dark brown ale loaded with tasty caramel, toffee and a slight hint of roasted malts. This collaboration beer was fermented with a British ale yeast strain which typically leaves a pleasant malty flavor after fermentation. Part of the whole idea behind brewing together was to find a local or native ingredient that would be fun and interesting to add to a beer. Riberries or Lilly Pilly fruits were chosen for their their slight tartness and notes of cinnamon and clove. New Zealand and Australian hops were added to add to the complexity and overall balance to this intriguing brew.
