A Russian Imperial Milk Stout brewed with coffee from the fine Roasters at Tweed Coffee Roasters and aged in a blend of Virgin Oak Barrels and Jim Beam Bourbon Barrels. The barrel aging process takes place for 6 months and gives the beers strong notes of vanilla, almond, toffee, tannin… and of course bourbon. Our brewers sample each barrel and using their expertise and finely honed palates develop the yearly blend for this beer.
