This is a smooth pale ale brewed with both 2-row and wheat malts. We use a moderate amount of British bittering hops to keep the overall bitterness mild, but we went to town with flavoring and aromatic hops! By using NW'ern US and Down Under hop varietals we achieve an intense burst of tropical fruit, on the nose. Very easy to drink, and weighs in at 5.1 % ABV. Please sit back, relax and tune out.
