Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailBitter Canadian IP eh?

This IPA was brewed with a small amount of bittering hops, loads of aroma hops, and was dry hoped twice. We used Bravo, Columbus, Zythos and Cascade hops to give this beer a full hop aroma and lingering hop flavor while keeping the actual bitterness quite low.
