Our signature Black IPA transforms the traditional. The Black Patent and the roasted barley malts used in stouts and porters create a deeply opaque and robust foundation. Magnum, Galena and Cascade hops are added to provide familiar citrus bitterness that compliments the deeply roasted grain bill. The dark malts and non- traditional hop profile blend together to create an elegantly balanced brew with a toasted nut and hop-centric flavor.
