Dark amber ale with aromatic hops. Pale and Caramel malts that will give it more of a sweet caramel malty body. We used Chinook and Centennial hops to get the bittering flavor and finished it with Cascade for the aroma. We dry hopped it with all three hops to give it an 'Out of this World' nose!
