We first brewed Business Casual as a mild session red ale, but quickly realized it had the potential to be so much more. For months we refined our recipe until we created the heaviest hitter in our year-round lineup - a big, sticky imperial red ale packed with smooth caramel malt and resinous hops. Rounded out with bright notes of citrus and pine, Business Casual is bold, but retains a delightful edge.
