Based on our Hog Pound Brown Ale but fermented with Belgian Abbey yeast. Racked onto locally harvested blackberries for secondary fermentation. Racked in to beer conditioned whisky barrels and aged with our previous years Blackberry Tart to develop sour flavor profile.
