This monster weighs in at a hefty 6.5% alc/vol, 65 IBUs and uses 4 different hop varieties, in whole leaf and pellet in 6 different additions. We use a healthy dose of Caramunich malt to give this beer a bright orange color and enough body to balance the hops. We use cutting edge hop varieties to create a crazy mix of pineapple, grapefruit and pine aromas that just screams American IPA.
