Inspired by a local homebrewer friend of ours, Bob Kunz, we brewed this batch together at Noble after drinking his home brew in his backyard a few months back. Our Black IPL is dry hopped with Belma and Simcoe and then lightly dosed with an Ethiopian Coffee from Portola Coffee Lab. The result is medium bodied, black in color and has flavor notes of fruit punch, tobacco, cocoa, and gummy bears.
