This beautiful, golden-copper American Pale Ale uses North American malts and hops for the perfect balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness with a classic American hop aroma and flavor. Most American Pale Ales are made with more hops than their British counterparts and this beer follows suit. We ferment this using an American Ale yeast and dry hop it with American hops for extra aroma. In fact, this beer is actually hopped 5 times before it is ready to drink. We use European crystal malts for body, color and a subtle “malty” aroma that mingles with the citrus notes from the American hops. Together, the combination creates hints of lemon, orange and peach in the nose with a smooth malt flavor and crisp, clean finish.
