Bodega is an American Pale Ale brewed with an abundance of our favorite hops, and some unusual techniques to make those flavors shine. With remarkable harvests of Citra and Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley, it's no surprise we made up reasons to keep testing this recipe long after we had locked it. Sourcing the immensely sought-after Citra and Centennial hops has not been easy, so we take extreme care to ensure that our methods preserve the layers of exotic fruit flavors that evolve as the glass goes by. A bright body with white wheat lets those tropical notes come through, and finishes with quenching freshness.
