In early 2014, we at Victory and Brewery Vivant confronted a situation that called for a trademark agreement. We worked diligently together to turn what could have been an ugly situation into a delicious beer. This Victory Bon Vivant Saison became the perfect vehicle to express our mutual triumph. Working in collaboration with Brewery Vivant, we created this complex saison to have a distinct cherry flavor that’s balanced by a dry bitterness and finishes with notes of orange peel and lemon zest. “Bon Vivant” which in French means “one who lives well” pays homage to the people who enjoy the good things in life, especially food and drink.
