On the occasion of our 5-year anniversary in 2010, we have committed a new beer.
This is a golden beer of 6.5%, brewed with lager malt, münchenermalt, caramel malt and wheat malt, seasoned with moss, Fuggles, Goldings and Cascade hops in abundance.
It is our currently most lightly hopped beers, but far from a "hop bomb".
Humlerne combine to create a velvety, pleasant bitterness, even when the beer enters the mouth. Afterwards comes a balanced flavors of hops and darker malts.
This beer we find is suitable for heavily spiced meat dishes.
