STWG has a 12% (5.1% alc) and is brewed from barley malt, light & dark, wheat malt, Wiener & Caramel. The five different malts are important for the malt-aromatic taste of this beer. Hallertau hop flavor rounds out our Brown, which was fermented with top fermenting yeast.
