This is our take on a traditional Irish stout. Being in Wisconsin, we choose to use the wonderful grains malted right here in this state for our rendition. The roasted and malted barleys are painstakingly selected to create just the right balance of roasted coffee and rich chocolate flavors. We add rolled oats for a touch of bready sweetness and the finished product is a balanced black beer that you can drink all day and still want one the next morning (or two…).
