This marriage of Amarillo hops to our favorite Porter recipe was initially devised on a very small scale, a mere 10.7 gallons to be exact. For this version we’ve tweaked our usual hop additions to build harmony between the smooth, caramel roast of the Porter and the floral and citrus character that comes from a substantial dry-hop addition.
