Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailA.F.O. Ale For Obsessed

The A.F.O., exit at the VIÆMILIA at the end of March 2007, it was my second creation. The story of this beer dates back to January 2006 when for the first time came into contact with the character so new and irresistible American hops. However I realized right away that in Pale Ale of my dreams I wanted to express something that goes far beyond this, since the construction of a complex bouquet, charming and never usual was my challenge. For this Travelling between England and Germany, visiting hop growers and experiencing very distant varieties (New Zealand) I conducted a search in the olfactory area of hops that perhaps will never be totally finished (without prejudice to the unmistakable character of A.F.O. that will always remain this). A beer that I always coveted: dedicated to the obsessed of Ales like me.
