Crosby's Kitchen & Cocktail(916)

(916) is an Uber hopped American pale ale made with 25 hop additions. This beer is a re-imagination and reinvention of our much fabled, award winning, Colonial Pale Ale. Buckets of Centennial, Cascade, Saphir, El Dorado and Fuggle went into this beer, a celebration of the hop growing prowess of the Sacramento region. This beer is aromatic and deeply hoppy without being to bitter; massive late hop additions created a mass of green goo on the floor of our kettle and a beer that wallops you from a mile away with its intense hop aroma. Its nose is so full of deep earthy spice notes, with overtones of pear and fresh stone fruit that it leaves a sillage of aroma as you hold your pint.
