This Irish Stout is named after the great Captain Patrick who saved the land of Ire from evil. Dark in color with a thick head and creamy taste from a nitro tap - the brew has a traditional roasted malt flavor, hints of coffee and chocolate, and a very smooth finish. The hop bitterness is mild yet noticeable and complements the natural roasted malt flavor well.
