This Belgian Farmhouse Ale is brewed with 100% Belgian Pilsner Malt and spiced with fresh ground ginger root and Guatemalan Cardamom. It is fermented with a unique Belgian strain of yeast that contributes tartness and notes of black pepper. Saison is traditionally brewed in Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium, in the colder months of the year for drinking in the summer time. It was and still is a source of refreshment and hydration for Wallonian farmers.
