The CatFight imagery is inspired by the unique addition of Aramis hops throughout the brewing process. The Aramis variety (named after one of the 3 Musketeers) exhibits fine aromas, inherited from the French Strisselspalt line. They have sweet, spicy notes, with hints of citrus and herbs. Aramis the Musketeer was said to have loved women and was portrayed as constantly ambitious and insatiable. Just as you will be after tasting this Saison, with its light and crisp malt flavor with a touch of lemon/citrus flavors and a dry finish. You will lust for more with every sip!
This Saison is hazy, opaque, golden straw in color. The hop aromas are of lemons and mild spices. The malt character is light and crisp with some citrus/lemon notes, mild hop bitterness that has just enough bite to balance the beer, and a very dry finish.
