A great German style brown ale that is aged cold..usually (in the past) in a cave...in our case a hangar. The extended aging process gives the beer a very smooth taste and evens out any fruitiness from the yeast. So grab some of this great dark ale and drag it back to the cave. A great mix of pilsner malt, chocolate malt, and German hops.
