Cerveza Espumosa- “Sparkling Beer” As the name says, a crisp, dry, tart wheat beer fermented with natural blackberries (a beer take on a sparkling wine). Brewed in a similar way of the old world style Berliner Weisse, we use lactic acid to achieve the tartness. Aromatics of fruit on the nose, followed by a hint of blackberry to balance the tartness.
