Chainsaw princess of karate is a collaborative kettle sour we did with Odd13 brewing that features dragon fruit and passion fruit. The beer pours hazy pink with a mild sour pucker and distinctive passionfruity-ness. Each brewery kettle soured then fermented the beer using their own house micro-organisms. Our version uses lacto for souring and is fermented with a blend of saison yeast and Brettanomyces. "Turn off the idiot box, It's a disease just like the chickenpox." The Fury of the Aquabats!--1987
