Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailCoast to Coast IPA

This American Style IPA, is focused on a hop flavor aroma and bitterness. The three different hop varieties in the boil consisting of warrior, zythos, and chinook bring out a piney, bitter, resinous flavor. Post fermentation the addition of Cascade and Nugget Dry hops introduces a grapefruit aroma. The abundance of Malt comprised of Pale, Crystal, and a touch of White Wheat balances out this beer, giving it Dank flavor both Coasts can agree on.
