This is Belgian Blonde Abbey Ale has a wonderful fruity ester bouquet combined with a light earthy/spicy flavor. This beer is well balanced with hops and yeast phenolics that finishes out a bit on the dry side. Despite it’s light crispiness, generous additions of sugar at the end of the boil means this beer could still leave you crossing the road without your shoes on, or sitting in the back of a car debating the correct pronunciation of the word “road”.
